Donations are urgently needed so the Fowler-Boskoff Search Fund can immediately commit funds to continue and expand the search effort. An initial fundraising target of $75,000.00 has been established.

Mountainfilm In Telluride has opened a new account under its non-profit umbrella to accept tax-deductible donations for the Fowler-Boskoff search effort.

The account is titled The Fowler-Boskoff Search Fund. It is a Wells Fargo account and the account number is 1736253632.

The Wells Fargo routing code for in-coming wires to the Fowler-Boskoff Search Fund is 121000248.

All checks should be made to Mountainfilm in order to qualify for tax deductibility.

Checks can be deposited at the Wells Fargo drop box next to its ATM in the Wintercrown Building breezeway or at the Wells Fargo branch in Mountain Village. Checks should reference the account name and/or number.

Checks will also be accepted at the Mountainfilm office at 109 East Colorado Avenue (above The Toggery) or may be mailed to Mountainfilm, PO Box 1088, Telluride CO 81435.

In making a wire transfer, please check with your local bank as to information and procedures necessary to make the transfer. Typically, they require swift / ABA account #, telephone number, name, address of the account owner as well as the telephone number of the transferring bank.

The fine print: All donations are non-refundable. Donations to the Fund will initially be used to defray search expenses. Any surplus funds may be used for related purposes in the discretion of the Mountainfilm Board of Directors.

OSPREY PACKS TO HOST FUNDRAISER FOR FOWLER-BOSKOFF SEARCH FUND

December 22, 2006 Cortez, CO –

Osprey Packs will host a fundraiser to aid in the search for local climbers Charlie Fowler and Chris Boskoff on Wednesday, January 3, 2007 from 6:30 to 8:30pm at the Abbey Theatre in Durango, CO. Local professional photographers, Bill Hatcher, Kennan Harvey and Scott Smith will present a sampling of their work. There will be a silent auction with great gear from outdoor companies Osprey, Outdoor Research, Prana, local outdoor shops and many, many more. A suggested donation of $10 gets you in the door.
